About Us

The Riverside companies are veteran-owned businesses that began independent operations in 2007.  Over the years, our staff and network have grown to permit simultaneous support for both large and small scale projects, while ensuring each position is covered by a highly experienced professional.

We routinely and actively pursue the correct talent to match the technical needs of a position. To accomplish this, our staff consists of a mixture of direct and contract employees.  In the event that we do not possess a certain technical expert, we do not hesitate to assemble a custom team by engaging staff from other firms on our paper, or recommend our clients hire them directly.  By cherry picking a diverse team, our clients are not hindered by having to choose one firm for all services.  Our cooperation from this point has resulted in the successful execution of highly cost and schedule advantaged projects.

Our multi-disciplined team includes members with decades of technical experience in mechanical, electrical, process controls, civil/structural/architectural, pharmaceutical equipment and systems, utility systems, buildings, and a large variety of building and process support systems typical of high tech facilities.  We provide services that cover every phase of project or program execution including owner's representation, construction management, project management, program management, procurement, commissioning, validation, and third party inspection.  We have worked locally and globally with a variety of high tech construction management and engineering firms.  We have a strong understanding of OSHA safety requirements, cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements, and can generate the Turn-Over Package (TOP) documentation and perform the Commissioning needed to satisfy your validation requirements.  With most of our staff having 15-30 years of industry experience, we do not use your project as a training ground.
